The Gold Coast, often referred to as the 'spiritual home' of NIBA, played host to the 2023 NIBA Convention, bringing together the insurance broking community. This marked the return of traditional face-to-face Conventions after a hiatus of over three years, and it was met with enthusiastic participation from delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors eager to engage, connect, and draw inspiration from an impressive line-up of speakers including Dr Jordan Nguyen, Dr Bronwyn King and Gus Balbontin.

Over the span of two and a half days, the program seamlessly blended social events and networking opportunities, including the NIBA CGU Welcome Function and the NIBA Marketplace, with thought-provoking plenary and breakout sessions that delved into the breadth and diversity of the broking profession.
